Linkbaiting is a form of copywriting and it can be rewarding for both the author and reader. To capture a reader’s attention without misleading them can be tricky but it’s possible.

Ultimately what we want is site traffic for the webmaster, but at the other end of the line,the readers want their end of the bargain too, so webmaster don’t get shady

Despite bad feedbacks about linkbaiting, it is still a good way to promote your website and content.

There’s some basic thumb of rule

A) Knowing the right content

           Just go to Digg.com or Technorati.com to get a general grasp of what is mostly sought after articles or topics. From there derive a good content and a kickass title to linkbait your readers. But do not lose your blog own identity, in the wake of trying to capture news readers.

B) Create a content that’s rewarding for the reader

           Readers love contest, statistics, informative listing to controversy strong opinion. This have a fair share of attraction to the readers. Your main objective is ensure readers get what they came for and more to keep them coming back.
